Who we are

This policy covers apps published by JMO Solutions LLC (“we,” “us”), including On Hand Cocktails and DHE — Daily Health & Exercise, and any future apps that link here.

Our approach

We design apps to keep your data on your device whenever we can. We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising networks in our apps. We do not create accounts unless an app clearly says so.

No sale of personal information
No third-party ads
No tracking you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising

On Hand Cocktails

What the app stores (on your iPhone only)

Ingredients you mark as on hand
Custom recipes you create
Photos you add of drinks you made

We do not create an account for you. We do not run a server that receives your bar, recipes, or photos.

Camera and photos

Camera: match a cocktail you see, or take a photo of a drink you made
Photo library: choose a photo to attach to a recipe

Matching a drink from the camera happens on your device. We do not upload those pictures to ourselves.

Sharing

If you share a recipe, the iOS share sheet sends it only where you choose (Messages, Mail, and so on).

DHE — Daily Health & Exercise

What the app stores (on your device)

Workouts, sets, and exercise history
Food and water logs you enter
Body measurements and progress photos you choose to save
App settings such as units

This health and fitness data stays on your device unless you export or share it yourself. We do not operate a login or cloud sync for this app at this time.

Camera, photos, and barcodes

Camera / photo library: progress photos or reading a nutrition label
Barcode scan: looks up product nutrition using the public Open Food Facts database over the internet

When you scan a barcode, the product code is sent to Open Food Facts to fetch nutrition info. That lookup follows Open Food Facts’ own practices. We do not receive a copy of your full food diary from that service.

Crash and diagnostics

Apple may provide anonymous crash and performance diagnostics for apps on the App Store when you allow it in iOS Settings. We use those reports only to fix bugs and improve reliability.

Children

Our apps are for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for our own servers. On Hand is a cocktail app intended for adults of legal drinking age where you live.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes that affect how an app handles data will be reflected in that app’s App Store privacy labels as required.
